Sure, YOU know your products are fantastic. But how does your target audience find out about them? How do you build up a relationship and increase trust in your brand so they are willing to part with their hard-earned cash in your store? Through your blogs, of course.
“Jon has been an absolute pleasure to work with. His writing skills are great and he is always able to consistently meet every deadline. I would highly recommend him.”

Why Bother Publishing a Blog?
Show the personality behind your business. Often, your brand personality is what will set you apart from similar stores. By being open, honest, humorous (or just being you!) in your blogs, you can help to forge a stronger relationship with your visitors.
SEO benefits. With a blog, you can target more keywords, including the questions your target buyers are asking, and generate more organic traffic. On top of that, people link to content that provides value. Your blog posts are how you get backlinks.
Social media. People are far more likely to share your updates when you’re providing useful tips about your products. A strong social presence has never been more important (and more shares lead to more SEO benefits).

Provide Value to Your Target Audience
So many of my clients want to publish blog posts, but they have no idea what to write about. The main thing to remember is you need to provide your audience with value.
Tips about how to use your products. Product demonstrations. Customer reviews. Lifestyle topics in your niche. Go beyond your products and write about the things your target customers care about.
Become a resource for your customers. A hub of information where they can get answers to their questions. If they keep coming back (or they sign up to your email list), you can develop the relationship. Then when they are ready to buy, they won’t even think about going anywhere else.

I publish a regular blog too. Take a look at some of my recent posts to get an idea of my style, then let me know if you’d like something similar.
My Blogging Rates
My rates for blogging are pretty straightforward – I charge a set rate of $45 / £30 per 500 words.
That includes coming up with title ideas and all edits. I can even post them for a small extra fee. I recommend writing a mix of long and short posts, and I’d also suggest planning out a month’s worth of blogs in advance. But I’m flexible, so whatever works for you.
