Content for agencies.

When your team is at capacity, I write the copy. Blog posts, emails, landing pages and more.

The Problem

Every agency hits the same wall. A new client comes in, a project scope expands, or a team member goes on leave – and suddenly there’s more content to write than your team can handle. You need good work done quickly, by someone who doesn’t need their hand held.

Freelancers can be hit or miss. Hiring takes time you don’t have. And handing off to someone who needs three rounds of briefing before they understand the tone defeats the purpose.

What you actually need is a writer who gets it fast, works to your process, and delivers something you can send straight to the client.

What I Do

Blog posts and articles.

Long-form content written to brief, optimised for search where needed, and edited to match your client’s voice. I can work from a content plan or help develop one.

Email copy.

Newsletters, nurture sequences, promotional campaigns. Written to perform, not just to fill an inbox.

Landing pages and website copy.

Conversion-focused copy that fits the design and speaks to the right audience. I can work with wireframes, briefs, or a quick call.

Ongoing content support.

Some agencies bring me in for a single project. Others keep me on a loose retainer for regular work. Both are fine.

Who I Work With

I work with digital agencies of all sizes – boutique studios, mid-size growth agencies, and larger teams that need a dependable bench of writers for high-volume periods.

A BIT ABOUT ME

Nice to meet you.

I’m Jon. I’ve been writing professionally for close to 20 years, across content strategy, email, web copy, and long-form editorial. I’ve worked with agencies and directly with clients across SaaS, professional services, e-commerce, and more.

I work cleanly, communicate well, and I’m used to slotting into an agency’s existing process without friction. I’m based in Argentina and work remotely with clients across the UK, US, and Europe.

If you want to know what working together looks like before committing to anything, just get in touch. A short call is usually enough to figure out whether I’m a good fit.

How It Works

You get in touch.

Tell me what you’ve got on. I’ll let you know quickly whether I can take it on and what the turnaround looks like.

I work to your brief.

Send me the brief in whatever format your team uses. I’ll ask questions upfront, not halfway through, and I’ll match the client’s voice and your agency’s standards.

You get clean copy.

Delivered in your preferred format, on time, ready to present to the client or go straight into production. One round of revisions included as standard.

Repeat as needed.

Some projects are one-offs. Others turn into an ongoing arrangement. Either way works. There’s no obligation beyond the work we agree to.

FAQs
